Professional Profile

Ryan is the co-head of the Tax Practice Group, and is part of the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Groups. He sits as a member of the Board of Directors and acts as Corporate Secretary and officer of various corporations.

His law career started in 2010 as an Associate of Kapunan Garcia & Castillo Law Offices. He joined the Firm in 2012. He became a Partner in 2018.
