Toby is the Managing Partner of the Firm and is a member of the Executive Committee. Toby heads the Labor and Immigration Practice Groups. Toby sits as a member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary and/or officer of various corporations. He gives seminars on Labor and Employment to various companies. He is the Firm Representative to the American Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines. Toby started his law practice at De Borja Medialdea Bello Guevarra & Gerodias (BMBGG) Law in 1999. He was a Senior Associate at BMBGG Law prior to co-founding the Firm in 2006.
