Professional Profile

Vanec is part of the Firm’s Corporate and Tax Practice Groups. She sits as a member
of the Board of Directors and acts as Corporate Secretary and officer of various
corporations.
Her law career started in 2008 as a Senior Associate in the International Tax Affairs
Division of SGV & Co., a member of Ernst & Young. She joined the Firm in 2010 and
became a partner in 2016. She was also a faculty member of the San Beda College
of Law from June 2009 to March 2015.
