Professional Profile

Loy heads the Firm’s Securities Practice Group, and is part of the Corporate Practice Group. She sits as a member of the Board of Directors and acts as Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer of various corporations.

Loy started her law career as a Junior Associate of the Corporate Department of De Borja Medialdea Bello Guevarra & Gerodias (BMBGG) Law prior to joining the Firm in 2006. She became a partner in 2013. Prior to her law career, Loy was a faculty member of the Philosophy Department of the Ateneo de Manila University.
